Customs clearance is an obligatory procedure for all the goods crossing a border between countries. The clearance usually takes 1-2 days but sometimes may take up to 7 business days if there is a delay at Customs so you may, therefore, experience a delay in receiving your items. While we make the effort to ensure all parcels pass through customs without issue (99.5% of our parcels go through 🇺🇸 the US, 🇬🇧 the UK, 🇦🇺 Australia & New Zealand customs smoothly), individual countries have different criteria. In the unlikely event of your parcel gets lost or stuck at Customs for more than 2 weeks, we will reship it for free or give you a full refund if preferred. We also split bulk orders or large quantities (for example, 500 tablets) into several packages (300 tabs each) and ship them separately every 3-5 days in order to avoid any issues at Customs.

Buyers from 🇬🇧 the UK are responsible for any customs fees and taxes.

🌎 Other countries with stringent customs laws including the 🇪🇺 European Union are advised to use a reshipping service from 🇬🇧 the UK such as Skypax . These services accept your package from overseas to their UK address, re-pack or even re-label it as ‘health products’ if needed, and forward your package to your home address from the UK.

Import Taxes, VAT, GST, etc.

In very rare cases, import taxes might be imposed on your order by customs in your country.

If your country has a version of an import tax, VAT or GST then occasionally they will inspect the package and contact you for an extra payment. It's fairly rare that it happens. In this case, paying for the import tax or VAT is your sole responsibility at the destination end. If you are using a mail relay service then you would need to contact them for any VAT or duty notices and instructions to pay. If you fail to do that then you are not entitled to a refund. We may, at our discretion, refund just the product cost if the package makes it back to our shippers in good order and unopened. You will need to pay the shipping cost again for any orders that you would like re-sent to you. Again, we like to be helpful but there are some things you must do at your end.
